runtime issue is fixed in 0.2.7.2. i can't reproduce any problems with the actors, is it still broken for you guys?

not for me, everything works fine now. ^^
however, i am still getting the Program Compatibility message.
"This program requires flash.ocx, which is no longer included in this version of Windows."
I am using Windows 7 x64, maybe that is why I am getting this message.

SMO isn't using flash at all, this must come from the embedded IE control. I've seen this error pop up randomly with other apps before. You could try turning off "Detect Application failures caused by deprecated Windows Dlls or Com objects" in the group policy "Administrative Templates / System / Troubleshooting and Diagnostics / Application Compatibility Diagnostics", that should get rid of this messages on your system
